Rule 3
Confidentiality of documents
In addition to the documents mentioned in sub-section (2) of section 11 of the Act, the following documents shall be considered as personal documents of the concerned person:-
(a) birth registration certificate;
(b) Marriage registration certificate,
(c) National Identity Card and other related documents,
(d) Admission (visa),
(e) proof of kinship or related documents,
(f) Adoption Certificate relating to adoption,
(g) Divorce document,
(h) Documents relating to insurance,
(i) details of holdings in Citizens Investment Funds, Employees' Provident Funds, Pension Funds or similar funds,
(h) Details regarding health examination,
(k) signature or electronic signature,
(l) Details regarding electronic information and personal data,
(D) Conduct or character certificate, (D) Other documents related to personal information.
